Amy Gordon

Amy is the Director of Business Development at Caring Transitions, where she helps guide families and individuals through major life transitions with compassion and strategic support. She brings extensive experience in nonprofit leadership, having served as Director of Community Engagement at the Relational Life Foundation and Program Director at One2One USA Foundation. Amy also contributes her expertise as a grant reviewer for Impact 100, helping identify and support high-impact initiatives.

Passionate about community building and service, Amy combines her professional experience with a deep commitment to empowering others, fostering meaningful connections, and creating lasting social impact.

Amy lives in Greenwich, and enjoys hiking, practicing yoga, and spending time outdoors, especially on the water.
